Our customers and we know, what kind of a phenomenon Czech glass making really is. PRECIOSA is the largest employer in the Liberec Region. There are more than 4,000 employees working in a wide range of professions in the company. We process 40 tons of glass per day. We are able to produce nearly half a million of components in 800 colour variants. Glass making is a phenomenon that is still alive.

There are numerous examples of that in PRECIOSA. Career growth is possible here but we also offer the opportunity to transfer between the respective departments. Our employees can find work in PRECIOSA Group in the Czech Republic and they also have the option to work at our distribution facilities abroad. You can choose from hundreds of professions for your career. Our plants employ technologists, tool setters, designers as well as glass cutters, glass makers, teasers plus there is a large group of other blue-collar jobs. We employ nearly 200 salespeople and marketing specialists, a hundred people in R&D, there are professionals in the economic department, logistics and quality. There are also opportunities for creative people – our designers work on projects for customers – well-known fashion brands – from all over the world, marketers prepare campaigns and events in Paris, Milan and Hong Kong as well as many other world metropolises.

All thorough work is hard to some extent. Our glass makers process 40 tons of glass per day. Without a correctly made material work would be impossible in a glass company. Yet the work at a glass furnace only consists approximately 20% of the whole production process. Eighty percent of the process are professions you can find in every commercial production company.
